A public hearing was conducted on June 14, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present: Commissioner Julie A. Cozad, Chair - EXCUSED Commissioner Steve Moreno, Pro-Tem - EXCUSED Commissioner Sean P. Conway Commissioner Mike Freeman Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, Acting Chair Pro-Tem Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Stephanie Frederick Assistant County Attorney, Bob Choate Planning Services Department representative, Kim Ogle The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated April 28, 2017, and duly published May 3, 2017, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Harold and Linda Amerin, Jr., for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR17-0018, for any Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (outside recreational vehicle, boat and water craft parking, storage and staging) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Chair Kirkmeyer stated this matter is being continued per the request from the other Commissioners who could not be present at today's hearing and the applicants were not present. Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Harold and Linda Amerin, Jr., for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR17-0018, for any Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review Permit in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (outside recreational vehicle, boat and water craft parking, storage and staging) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to August 23, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., to allow adequate time for the cc:PLC%Soimm) , PECH9),1-1LCLI.),cT9CTT) grog/I7 2017-1669 PL2479 HEARING CERTIFICATION - HAROLD AND LINDA AMERIN, JR. (USR17-0018) PAGE 2 applicant to complete the 30 -day mineral notification requirement and for the case to be presented at Planning Commission on July 18, 2017. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Freeman, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:04 a.m. This Certification was approved on the 19th day of June, 2017.
