Evidence of Adequate Water Supply
DCP previously hired Central Weld Water District to install a new water main and water tap to provide
drinking water and process water to the Mewbourn Gas Plant (March 24, 2010).
• No additional water is needed as part of the proposed expansion at the existing Mewbourn Gas
Plant.

WHEREAS, DISTRICT has been organized as a legal body and is known as the Central Weld County
Wetter District, and
WHEREAS, OWNERS are l ixpoying electors within said DISTRICT. or have petitioned to loin said
DISTRICT, and
WHEREAS OWNER owns the following described real property within the service area of the DISTRICT:

WHEREAS DISTRICT wishes to construct said tivater mains on the terns and conditions hereinafter set
forth and,
WilERl AS. OWNERS are tewtucutinu water service by separate (zip tee agrrernenls and will acquire one

WHEREAS DISTRICT reserves the right and has the authority to consider each extension contract mid
rebate provision individually, and administer as determined appropriate based on varying conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the terms of this agree:neut_ it is mutually

TAP FEE AGREEMENT

agreed as follows:

3. This agreement, when approved by the Board of Directors, shall become a legal and binding
contract upon all parties hereto.
4, Customer further agrees to execute any and ail easements needed by District at no expense to
Disci icf, across Customer's property for the purpose of installing theDistrict's service line and meter pit
constructed by District. District shall be responsible for restoring surface area bElek !o reasonable c:srnditi.on
at District cost.
5. It is further mutually agreed that this agreement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs_
executors, administrators and assigns of the parties hereto.
6. Customer surdher agrees to the following special provisions:

C.I.F. Rebate = $48,000.00
7. Customer further agrees to abide by the rates established and the rules and regulations o€ the
District.

Exhibit I
Evidence of Adequate Sewage Disposal
DCP previously hired a licensed engineering firm (pre -qualified by Weld County) to design the septic
system and leach field for the Mewbourn Gas Plant. The contractor built a new approved septic system
Septic Permit #SP -0900170. The septic system was installed by a licensed plumber in compliance with
the engineered plans and septic permit requirements. Weld County Department of Environmental Health
inspected and approved the septic system that was installed at the Mewbourn Gas plant. Expansion of
the existing plant will not have additional impact on the existing septic system.
