The contractor built a new approved septic system Septic Permit #SP -0900170. The septic system was installed by a licensed plumber in compliance with the engineered plans and septic permit requirements. Weld County Department of Environmental Health inspected and approved the septic system that was installed at the Mewbourn Gas plant.
