No. _17109O_ Mary Ann Feuerstein, Recorder 3-f ORDINANCE NO. 6 RE: AN ORDINANCE SETTING FEES TO COVER THE ACTUAL AND NECESSARY COSTS FOR THE PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS FOR NEW LICENSES, TRANSFERS OF LOCATION OR OWNERSHIP OF EXISTING LICENSES AND RENEWALS OF EXISTING LICENSES FOR THE MANUFACTURE, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF MALT, VINOUS AND SPIRITUOUS LIQUORS AND FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGES, AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL EVENTS LICENSES AND FOR THE SETTING OF MANAGER REGISTRATION FEES WITHIN THE COUNTY OF WELD AND OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF ANY CITY, TOWN OR VILLAGE WITHIN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO. 47, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO: t .. Section I. There is, hereby, established the following fee schedule to be paid by all applicants for all applications filed with the County of Weld and State of Colorado under the "Colorado Beer Code" , as follows: A. For an application for a new license, the sum of $350.00. B. For each application for a transfer of location or ownership the sum of $150 . 00. C. For each application for renewal of existing licenses the sum of $50. 00. Section II . There is , hereby, established the following fee schedule to be paid by all applicants for all applications filed with the County of Weld and State of Colorado under the "Colorado Liquor Code" , as follows: A. For an application for a new license, the sum of $350. 00. B. For each application for a transfer of location or ownership the sum of $150 . 00 . C. For each application for renewal of existing licenses the sum of $50 . 00. Section III. There is, hereby, established the following fee schedule which shall be paid by all special event permit holders for special event permits issued pursuant to Chapter 12 , Article 48 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, as follows: A. For a malt beverage permit the sum of $10. 00 for each day said permit is in effect. 950791 789 1710953 B. For a malt, vinous and spirituous liquor permit the sum of $25 . 00 for each day said permit is in effect. Section IV. There is, hereby, established the following fee schedule for the registration of a registered manager for any hotel and restaurant license issued pursuant to the Colorado Liquor Code which fees shall be paid by the holder of any hotel and restaurant license issued pursuant to the Colorado Liquor Code, as follows: A. For each such registration the sum of $75 . 00 . Section V. Be it further ordained that all fees contemplated by this Ordinance shall be paid to the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado. Section VI. If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance is , for any reason, held or decided to be invalid or unconstitutional , such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions . The Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby declare that it would have passed this Ordinance and each and every section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences , clauses, or phrases might be declared to be unconsti- tutional or invalid. Section VII.
