Re: New Student Application Process, Work Order
At a work session with the commissioners the treasurer's office brought the proposal to approve
a work order for the Bright Futures program.
The Bright Futures group wants to change the process for students to gain access to the
eScholarship application. Also the group wants students to upload their student release form to
the application. The software needs to add the application process and ability to sign up for the
program. This would allow the students to fill in information to obtain a username and password.
This application process would then allow the student to update information we have received
from the high school in imports. This update to the software would also put in place a process to
stop the student from entering in their post -secondary school interests or enrollments until they
upload their signed post -secondary release form.
After discussion of the proposed changes the work order to be paid to elnternet Technologies
was approved by commissioners in attendance, Julie Cozad, chair, Mike Freeman, Barbara
Kirkmeyer and Steve Moreno.
We ask that you sign the attached quote and return one copy to the Treasurer's office.
