HomeMy WebLinkAbout780429.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANTING OF BUILDING PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN PART OF THE SE4 OF THE NEa OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13.C (1) , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado is authorized to issue building permits for construction on land divided in violation of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that the issuance of a building permit is justified on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the East Quarter Corner(E4 Cor) of said Section 30, and considering the East line of said Section 30, as bearing South 02°07'54" West, with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence North 89°37'40" West 905.89 feet Thence North 55°03'25" Fast 133.63 feet Thence North 02°05'52" East 443.66 feet Thence North 62°52'19" East 579.51 feet Thence South 42°02'39" East 394.39 feet Thence South 25°19'42" East 54.28 feet to a point on the East line of the Said Section 30 Thence South 02°07'54" West, along the East line of the said Section 30, 448.68 feet to the point of beginning. Said described parcel of land contains 11.988 acres, more or less. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that a building permit may be issued on the above-described parcel of land, subject to the approval of the access to the property by the Weld County Engine- ering Department, pursuant to Section 13.C (2) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board, that the issuance of said building permit is not in any way intended to excuse or absolve the violation of Weld County Subdivision Regulations in this case, but is merely intended to relieve the burden of innocent purchasers of said property. ,. :.. 780429 'PLO4-f(0S The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of February, A.D. , 1978 .
