Please be advised that on April 20, 2017, Ready Mixed Concrete Company, whose address and
telephone number are 11778 Highway 52, Fort Lupton, CO 80621, submitted a request for full
reclamation responsibility release for the Holton Lakes, Permit No. M-2007-008. The construction
materials extraction operation is located at or near Section 6, Township 1N, Range 66W, 6th
Principle Meridian, in Weld County.
The application, as well as all other permit documents, can be found at
http://drmsweblink.state.co.us/ by searching M2007008 in the "Permit No" field. A user guide is
available to help first time users of the imaged document system and can be viewed at

Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information
obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215,
Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15
days. The Division is required to wait 30 days after the release decision is made to allow for
appeals.
