RESOLUTION
RE : RECREATIONAL VEHICLE TANK DUMP FEE AT MISSILE
SITE PARK.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the
Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS , during the 1980 budget process , it was
brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
the cost of the service of providing a recreational
vehicle tank dump facility at the Missile Site Park,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado directed staff to develop a fee structure
for cost recovery of the recreational vehicle tank dump
service provided at the Missile Site Park, and
WHEREAS, County staff has determined that ONE-
DOLLAR ($1 . 00) per recreational vehicle tank dump using
the facility would recover the cost associated with the
service .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
County Commissioners hereby authorizes and directs the
Director of Building and Grounds to collect a fee of
ONE-DOLLAR ($1. 00) per recreational vehicle tank dump
at the Missile Site Park facility, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado directs the
Director of Building and Grounds to develop a practical
manner of collecting the fee by use of a volunteer
lock-box or other process that practically allows the
collection of the fee with the existing manpower
available at the Missile Site Park .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above
fee will be effective January 1 , 1980 .

on the 10th day of December , A.D. , 1979 .
