I, Michael J. Rourke, being the duly appointed, qualified and acting district
attorney in and for the Nineteenth Judicial District of the State of Colorado, do hereby
appoint Andrew R. Rogers, as a Deputy District Attorney in and for the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, said appointment to commence September 8, 2017, and to continue
during my term of office, unless sooner terminated.
