Rademacher and Elizabeth H. Rademacher, Longmont, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section 26, Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner (NW Cor) of said Section 26, and considering the West line of said Section 26, as bearing South 00°25'30" West, with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence South 00°25'30" West, along the West line of the Northwest Quarter (NW-1) of said Section 26, 1319. 87 feet; Thence North 89°25'10" East, 50. 00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing North 89°25'10" East, 2596. 40 feet; Thence South 00°13'00" West, 1348. 90 feet; Thence South 89°39'54" West, 2601.07 feet to a point on the East R-O-W line of Colorado Inter- state No. 25, of Section 26; Thence North 00°25'30" East, along the East R-O-W line of Colorado, Interstate No. 25 of said Section 26, 1337. 93 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Said described parcel of land contains 80. 137 Acres, more or less, does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided lands" as set forth in CRS 106-2-33 (a) and (b) 1963, as amended, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, desires to exempt this particular division of land upon the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Director for the reasons as stated and pursuant to its authority under CRS 106-2-33 (d), 1963, as amended.
