Pursuant to the Oil and Gas Lease, your consent is required in order to permit DJR to convey its interest. DJR

Per our earlier email discussions, enclosed please find DJ Resources check # 10134 in the amount of $25.00 for
the fees associated with executing the consent to assign letter.
The request for consent letter dated August 2, 2017 was sent to Weld County for review and signature. The
consent is required under the terms of the Oil and Gas Lease dated November 9, 2009. However, for your
convenience and reference, enclosed is another copy for review and execution.
