HomeMy WebLinkAbout20173827.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OF DEDICATION FOR COUNTY ROAD 44 AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN NECESSARY DOCUMENTS - JOSE CERVANTES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Deed of Dedication to Complete Certain Improvements to County Road 44 between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Jose Cervantes, 16474 County Road 44, La Salle, Colorado 80645, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said acceptance of deed; said property being located in the NW1/4 of Section 23, Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve and accept said deed of dedication, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Deed of Dedication to Complete Certain Improvements to County Road 44 between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Jose Cervantes, be, and hereby is, approved and accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign all related documents.
