BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PASS -AROUND REVIEW RE: Prosum Scope of Work Amendment DEPARTMENT: Information Technology DATE: PERSON REQUESTING: Ryan Rose Brief description of the problem/issue: Microsoft has nominated Weld County to receive an $10,000.00 worth of additional Microsoft Partner Funding for the implementation of security and mobility solutions through Microsoft EM+S licenses. These services would be a continuation of efforts currently underway with Prosum. Prosum has provided an updated Scope of Work (SOW) detailing the services they would provide to assist with the EM+S solution development and integration. There will be no cost incurred by Weld County. What options exist for the Board? (Include consequences, impacts, costs, etc. of options) The Board could elect not to exercise this option. Weld County staff would continue efforts towards the project, however the progress would be significantly delayed. Recommendation: The county attorney's office has reviewed the documents and drafted the amendment. Weld County IT recommends that the Board approve the attached Amendment, Scope of Work and Microsoft Notice and Consent documents enabling the Weld County IT department to utilize Prosum professional services for the configuration and deployment of the EM+S solutions at no cost to Weld County.
