Bids were received and opened on December 16, 2016 for bid B1600188 DataDomain
Expansion. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $69,033.00 to $70,267.00.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Public Safety Information Technology staff reviewed all of the bids and the scoring
of the RFP responses is attached. Sentinel out of Centennial Co, proposed the lowest
cost solution of $69,033.00 (Three-year cost) and provides the most functionality over
the other solutions proposed. Year One cost will be $69,033.00 for the initial cost of
the software licenses plus three year of support. Years two and three costs will be $0
per year for ongoing support.
With the above information, I recommend the board award the B1600188 to Sentinel for
a total amount of $69,033.00.
