RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING ZONING PERMIT, ZPTT17-0002, FOR A
TELECOMMUNICATION ANTENNA TOWER (65 -FOOT TOWER) - SAMAD AND
SUSAN AGHAJANI
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 3rd day of
April, 2017, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Samad and Susan Aghajani, P.O. Box 200375, Evans, CO 80620, for a Zoning
Permit, ZPTT17-0002, for a Telecommunication Antenna Tower (65 -foot tower) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to -wit:
Part of the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 18, Township 5
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to May 1, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., to allow the applicant
adequate time to continue working with the City of Greeley concerning visibility impacts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 1, 2017,
at 9:00 a.m.
