My house values should be froze at the prior 138,790. Last year my property valuation increased by 42,182 and this year your proposed increase is 39, 815. Which affectively is a doubling of it's value in two years, and I have never done major improvements to my property. Maybe you are comparing my property to a rental property that has been gutted and fully renovated? Although mine is a single family dwelling with just me and my wife? I wrote a long letter last year that fell on def ears. I will be happy to sit down with you for an explanation of where you are coming up with properties that you are comparing my property. Let's discuss the Gallagher Amendment and more! I also would like to understand the properties that I look upon across the street, owned by the UNC Board of Trustees are valued and figured in relation to my house.
