Katie Lee Powell asked that I forward the map to you pursuant to discussions which you and she have had. I understand there is some question as to whether Mr. and Mrs. Powell (and Mr. and Mrs. Flynn on the adjacent property) have two parcels or one parcel . As your records indicate, Mr. and Mrs. Powell (and Mr. and Mrs. Flynn) purchased their property in two separate parcels at separate times.
