RE: APPROVAL OF CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO TO JAMES AND GRACE JONES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, James and Grace Jones, 719 East Ninth Avenue,
Fort Morgan, Colorado 80701, have made an offer to purchase
certain real property owned by Weld County, Colorado, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 17 and 18 , Block 2 , Stoneham, Colorado
WHEREAS, the consideration for said property is Two Thousand
One Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($2 ,100 . 00) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the conveyance of the
abovedescribed property by Weld County, Colorado to James and
Grace Jones be, and hereby is , approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
