("Buyer"), whose address is 1675 Broadway, Suite 2600, Denver, Colorado, 80202, of certain oil and gas and related assets in Weld County, Colorado, including those affected by and/or subject to the Agreements, Seller desires to assign, convey and transfer to Buyer all of its rights in the Agreements and the oil and gas properties burdened thereby or subject thereto. Pursuant to the Agreements, Seller has enclosed a check for $100.00 ($25.00/agreement fee for those leases effective after January 1, 1986) and hereby requests your consent to the assignment by Seller of its right, title, and interest in the Agreements and the oil and gas properties burdened thereby or subject thereto to Buyer, subject to the terms of the Agreements.
