RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO THE CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Nickolas True to said Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, replacing an opening left by Laura
Elder, with a term to expire March 4, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Nickolas True be, and hereby is, appointed to the Child Protection Citizen
Review Panel, with a term to expire March 4, 2018.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of April, A.D., 2017.
