Home My WebLink About20172309.tiffRESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZE EXTENSION OF OIL AND GAS LEASE COVERING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO - S11, T4N, R67W WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County is the owner of vast mineral lands located in Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Great Western Oil and Gas Company, LLC submitted a request to extend the lease of 0.02 net mineral acres, more or less, described to -wit: MIL 22001-B N35' Lot 5, Block 37, Section 11, Township 4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County desires to approve the request submitted by Great Western Oil and Gas Company, to extend the lease on the above -described mineral acreage for a total sum of $8.00, which is to run for a period of six (6) months, commencing at twelve o'clock noon on July 16, 2017, and ending at twelve o'clock noon on January 16, 2018.
