RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF RON BLAND TO GREELEY-WELD COUNTY
AIRPORT AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Greeley -Weld County Airport Authority
Board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ron Bland be reappointed to said board as
the County Appointee, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Ron Bland to said Greeley -Weld County Airport Authority Board, with a term to expire
December 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ron Bland be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Greeley -Weld County
Airport Authority Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of January, A.D., 2017.
