Evidence of Adequate Water Supply
During construction, the contractor will provide bottled drinking water for their construction
crews. Although the Crossroads Facility will be unmanned after construction completion, DCP
will provide bottled water at the site for the DCP technicians that will occasionally visit the site.

Evidence of Adequate Sewage Disposal
During construction, the contractor will provide portable toilet facilities and hand washing
stations for their construction crews compliant with the Department of Public Health and
Environment's portable toilet policy. Although the Crossroads Facility will be unmanned after
construction completion, DCP will have one portable toilet facility to be used by DCP technicians
that will occasionally visit the site.
