CONDITIONS VF APPROVAL
1) This we shell be used in such a way as to cause no =tonal injury b existing water rights: The issuance of this permit
does not ensure that no injury will occur to anofrrer vested water right or preclude anotherowner of a vested water tight
from seeking relief in a GMt court action.
2) The construction of this we shalt be in compliance with the Water Web Construction Rules 2 OCR 402-2, unless
aPPiovat of a variance has been granted by the State Beard of Examiners of Water Wei Construction and Pun
Installation Contractors in accordance with Rule 18_
3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37-92-602(3)(bxt) and policy of the State Engineer under the fottbwies coedtians for a 5 acre
parcel know as Lot B of County Exemption no. 1471-10-3 RE -2448, Weld County, more particularly described in attached
Exhibit A.
4) The use of groundwater from this well is limited to ordinary household purposes inside one (1) single family dwelking.
and, gee irrigation. of not more than 20.800 square feet of home gardens and lanais.
5) Production from this welt is restricted to the Laramie Fox Hills aquifer, which corresponds to the interval between 740
feet and 1065 feet below the ground surface. Plain casing shall be installed and grouted to prevent production from
other zones.
5) The depth to the top at the Laramie -Fox Hills aquifer is approximate. To ensure the exclusion of poor quality water from
zones immediately above the aquifer. plain casing and grout shah extend through the lowermost coal and/or
carbonaCeous shale that 4veriies the Laramie sand portion of the aquifer.
7) Tate pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM.
8) The annual witrdrawral of ground water from this weld shall net exceed 1.34 acre-feet.
9) The use of this permit hereby cancels per'txt no. 257208.
10) The return lbw from the we of this welt must be thertagh an individual waste water disposal system of the type so that
not less than 2% of the total amount of water withdrawn is returned to the same stream system in which the well is
located.
11) This welt shaft be constructed not more than 200 feet from the location specified fm this permit.
NOTE: The ability of this well to withdraw its authorized amount of water from this non-renewable aquifer may be less
than the tee years upon which the amount at water in the aquifer is allocated. duce to anticipated water level declines.
NOTE_ To ensure a maximum productive life of this well, perforated casing should be set through the end
