for passage by the Weld County Planning Commission :
Be it therefore Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission
that the following be adopted :
TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL ON THE SITE APPLICATION FOR
THE TOWN OF LOCHBUIE' S SEWAGE COLLECTION FACILITIES
AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION TO SIGN THE SITE APPLICATION FORM

announced to the Board that the Planning Commission has recommended
approval on the site application for the Town of Lochbuie's sewage
collection facilities and authorize the Chairman of the Planning Commission
to sign the site application fors Said site application form has been
forwarded to the Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Control
Division, Denver, Colorado.
