RE: REIMBURSEMENT TO MR. HAROLD LAW OF RENT AMOUNTING TO FOUR
HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($490. 00) .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, are vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County is the owner of certain real property
known as the Davis Ranch, and Mr. Harold W. Law is the lessee of
said real property, by and under a lease agreement dated March 15,
1976, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board that
Weld County has received the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS
($490. 00) from Mr. Andy Goldberg for seven (7) months' rent for
living in a home on the Davis property, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that under the lease
agreement, this rental amount should have been paid to Mr. Harold
W. Law, the lessee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the sum of FOUR HUNDRED
NINETY DOLLARS ($490. 00) be paid from the Weld County General Fund
to Mr. Harold W. Law.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
March, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 30th day of March, A.D. , 1977.
