In review of the bid responses that were received for the 2017 Pursuit Rated Patrol Sedans, the
bid from Spradley Barr Ford Greeley meets the need of the Sheriff's Office and all bid
specifications. The Spradley Barr Ford Greeley bid is $169,374.00.
Although Johnson Auto Plaza Inc. Brighton is the lowest bid at $160,800.00 the vehicle
presented does not meet specifications 1 (6 speed), 3 (no loss of trunk space with full size
spare), 17 (door moldings) and the bid failed to identify specifications 25 — 28.
