Thank you for your recent gift to support Concordia students!
In November, Concordia celebrated the 122nd anniversary of its
founding and I was reminded of how abundant God's blessings are.
Record enrollment, a vibrant residential undergraduate campus,
recognition for academic excellence, thousands of supporters
annually, daily chapel services. Blessings indeed!
This academic year Concordia is equipping 2,757 students to learn,
serve and lead in the church and world. Our faculty and staff are
honored to daily challenge, inspire, interact and encourage these
outstanding women and men as they prepare to be leaders, rooted in
the Gospel, driven to serve and ready to make a difference.
Our students receive a Concordia education thanks to you. It is
because of gifts from supporters that an affordable, Christ -centered
education is possible. Your partnership provides an academically
excellent education in a community where faith is always present.

In addition to the financial support you have so graciously provided,

and its students through your scholarship awards!
TO SCHOLARSHIP DONORS: Please save this form for future disbursements. To help us better
serve our students, please complete this form for verification of scholarships that a student will be
receiving. When sending payment, keep in mind the payment deadline for students is the beginning of
each semester. It would be very helpful to the students if scholarship checks could be sent before the
payment deadline. An additional sheet may be added for more students.
All scholarships are equally split between fall and spring semesters. The only exception is if a
scholarship requires proof of grades from fall semester before any money is released for spring semester.
If a student listed is not enrolled at Concordia, the funds will be returned to you, the source of the
scholarship.
