AUTHORIZING BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO SIGN AGREEMENT WITH THE
UNION RESERVOIR COMPANY:
WHEREAS, an agreement made by the Board of County Commissioners
Weld County, Colorado, with the Union Reservoir Company, a mutual irri—
gation Company of Colorado in reference to certain road repair work in
the Nz of Sections 5 and 6, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
P . M., and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be to the best interests
of the County to sign said agreement.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Bpard of County Com—
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, sign an agreement with the Union
Reservoir Company, a copy of which is attached and made part of this
resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

THIS AGREEMENT, made by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, with THE UNION RESERVOIR COMPANY, a mutual
irrigation company of Colorado, IS TO WITNESS:
J1. Weld County has recently done certain road repair work
on its road around the south end of the company 's reservoir built
in the year 1902 in the Ni of Sections 5 and 6, Township 2 North,
Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M. , and has received from the Reser-
voir Company earthen material removed from within the reservoir
company 's right of way in said sections, also has received the sum
of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) paid herewith in cash as a con-
tribution toward said road repair work.
2. Said receipts from The Union Reservoir Company are in
full compromise satisfaction of all obligation of The Union Reser-
voir Company relative to upkeep of said County road and are a
discharge of all claims of Weld County for liability of The Union
Reservoir Company for claimed damage to said road , and , except as
to damage caused by The Union Reservoir Company's negligence, any
damage hereafter to said road caused from operation of Union
Reservoir.
