This is a request to change the zone from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District for nine (9) residential lots with E (Estate) Zone uses, with 9.94 acres of open space referred to as Tract 1 and Tract 2 and a five - acre non -buildable outlot for oil and gas activities. As of the date of this notice, the plat for this Change of Zone has not been recorded. The Department of Planning Services received a letter from Mr. Todd Annand on June 13, 2017 requesting a paving variance for the internal roadway. Since the Resolution was signed by the BOCC in 2008, staff is sending this case to all referral agencies for review of Mr. Annand's request for a variance from paving and any other concerns that you may have.
