Home My WebLink About20170636.tiffMEMORANDUM TO: Board of County Commissioners DATE: March 15, 2017 FROM: Tiffane Johnson SUBJECT: On -Call Appraisal Services Bid #1700051 Due to recent staff changes, Public Works is requesting these duties be fulfilled through an On -Call Appraisal Services contract rather than replacing the vacant Appraiser position in the Right of Way Division. The County will save money and time by contracting these services. We received three proposals for On -Call Appraisal Professional Services from the Request for Proposal B1700051 dated February 7, 2017. This contract would have the option for three (3) additional one-year extensions, under the same terms and conditions. All three appraisal companies are on the CDOT approved appraisal list and therefore can be used for projects funded by Weld County as well as projects that may receive state or federal funding. One of the three proposals presented limited the scope to providing the County review appraisal services only. The following table represent the selection committee scores. Since all the firms are equally qualified staff recommends awarding the bid to all three firms.
