PLANNING SERVICES: NAME CHANGE, C,ARRIAG .'ESTATES - Tom Ilona; Zoning Administrator, explained that this matter resulted due,to ownership and name changed. On the plat the street now shown as 35th Street should be changed to 34th Street, that what is mow 34th Street should be changed to 35th Street, and that the cul-de-bac be changed to 34th Street Road from 35th Street Road.. After brief discussion, Commissioner Roe made a motion to aathortze'.the recommended changes. Commissioner Duubat seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. SENATE BILL 35 - Thom Rounds, Weld County Planner, commented on the special delivery memo regarding Senate Bill 35 as amended, He added that there are two water projects proposed for.Weld County, one at Keenesbnrg and the other at.Brighton The Chairman read a letter into the record that strongly recommends that funding be, made available to the Colorado Water Conservation Board for the purpose of. implementing the projects as described for Xeenesburg and Brighten. The funding is derived from the mineral leasing funds. Commissioner Carlson made a motion that the letter be signed by the Chairman and that it be sent to the appropriate authorities. .Commissioner Roe seconded the mot and it carried unanimously.
