RE: INCREASING THE HEALTH SERVICES CHANGE FUND FROM $50 .00 TO
$100 . 00 .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Health Department has formally requested that
their Health Services Change Fund be increased from $50 .00 to
$100 . 00 , and
WHEREAS, said request has been reviewed by the Weld County
Finance Division and said Finance Division recommends that the
request be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request for an
increase in the Health Services Change Fund from $50 . 00 to
$100 . 00 be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
September, A.D. , 1979 .
