RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Planning Commission will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bruce Johnson, District 2 representative and
Michael Wailes, At -Large representative, be reappointed to said Planning Commission, both with
terms to expire July 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bruce Johnson and Michael Wailes be, and hereby are, reappointed to
the Planning Commission, with terms to expire July 31, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of July, A.D., 2017.
