RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Joshua Klenk be appointed to said board to
replace Elijah Hatch, that Dr. John Scanga be appointed to replace Shannon McDonald, and that
Robby Adams, Kimberly Tregoning, Teri Segelke, Keith Day, Pat Day, and Larry Wagner be
reappointed, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Joshua Klenk, to said board with a
term to expire September 30, 2020; to appoint Dr. John Scanga, with a term to expire
September 30, 2019; and that Robby Adams, Kimberly Tregoning, Teri Segelke, Keith Day, Pat
Day, and Larry Wagner be reappointed, with terms to expire September 30, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Joshua Klenk be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board, with a term
to expire September 30, 2020; and that Dr. John Scanga be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair
Board with a term to expire September 30, 2019, and that Robby Adams, Kimberly Tregoning,
Teri Segelke, Keith Day, Pat Day, and Larry Wagner are reappointed, with terms to expire
September 30, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 2nd day of October, A.D., 2017.
