From: Julie Cozad, Chair Weld County Board of Commissioners Cc: Doug Erler, Director Weld County Justice Services Department Re: Notice of Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) Contract Termination between the State of Colorado and Weld County (CMS #43840) Pursuant to notice given by the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) to Weld County via email on January 4, 2017, this memorandum is formal acknowledgement to the CDOC and BI, Inc. that Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) services, as outlined in the contract referenced above between the CDOC and Weld County, shall officially end on February 3, 2017. The Board of County Commissioners is aware that its Justice Services Department, through its Director, informed Ms. Horrigan with BI, Inc. on Monday January 9, 2017 of the CDOC's decision and notice to terminate the contract and therefore Weld County's subcontract/agreement with BI, Inc. for ISP services is also hereby terminated, effective February 3, 2017.
