Please accept this email as a formal request to add Saint Vrain Cidery to our Alcohol Vendors for the Carbon
Valley Wine Festival (CVWF) on June 24, 2017.
The Saint Vrain Cidery is new to our area and we are excited to have them join us. With the launch of their new
tasting room, the application for CVWF was completed, but was not forwarded to my attention prior to our
application submission to Weld County and the State of Colorado.
As per our conversation, please find attached their application for our festival.

• 4 (four) per each space reserved
• If you have a change in staff during the day, we will supply additional bands as they check in
• All vendors must provide their own pop-up or structure

o Must be weighted down on all 4 (four) corners with 40 (forty) pound weights
• Possible wind gusts on property
• All vendors must provide and maintain their own serving station

• All vendors are asked to provide a logo (jpeg or png) if you would like to have it displayed on CVWF website as a

• All vendors are required to provide proof of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 naming Wild Cider and the Carbon
Valley Wine Festival additionally insured for the event date of June 24, 2017.
• Copy of license must be displayed in service area
• All vendors are asked to provide 2 (two) bottles (can provide more) of any product they produce, but WILL NOT BE
SERVING to be tasted exclusively in the VIP Tent Area.
• Sales Tax: Sales tax rate - 2.9% for Weld County
