WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public hearing held on the 15th day of February, 1978 , in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the division into two parcels of a certain parcel of land, as shown on the plat known as Recorded Exemption No. 303 , being the property of John A. My father and I are the principle employees. At present, I live one mile away from the feedlot and on many occasions I would be able to work more efficiently living right next to the feedlot.
