We recognize that Anadarko has some issues of concern that we are currently working through with you, but in order to have a clear record related to the notice requirements, could you please respond to this email indicating that you acknowledge that we did not notice Anadarko 30 days prior to the February 7 hearing and that you are granting us the waiver? Granting the waiver does not eliminate or minimize the need for us to continue to work with you to address your concerns. It simply acknowledges and accepts that we didn't give you a full 30 days of notice prior to the Planning Commission public hearing.
