Hi Clint,
I'm forwarding you the email that I had sent to Jake Billadeau a couple of weeks ago requesting the waiver to the 30 day
public hearing notice requirement for the Roan Storage Facility USR application. We recognize that Anadarko has some
issues of concern that we are currently working through with you, but in order to have a clear record related to the
notice requirements, could you please respond to this email indicating that you acknowledge that we did not notice
Anadarko 30 days prior to the February 7 hearing and that you are granting us the waiver? Granting the waiver does not
eliminate or minimize the need for us to continue to work with you to address your concerns. It simply acknowledges
and accepts that we didn't give you a full 30 days of notice prior to the Planning Commission public hearing.
As you know, Kim had surgery on his knee this week and in case he can't make it back by next Tuesday in time for our
Planning Commission hearing, Michelle Martin, the Planning Manager has asked Diana Aungst to be prepared to present
the application on behalf of the County. Therefore, I've copied both Kim and Diana on this email.

Dear Jake,
NBL Midstream Holdings LLC has an application that is scheduled for a public hearing. According to Colorado Revised
Statute, C.R.S.24-65.5-103, NBL Midstream Holdings LLC is required to notify mineral estate owners about the public
hearing 30 days prior to the hearing. This detail was overlooked and so we are a few days behind on getting notification
to you to meet this 30 day requirement. We respectfully ask you to agree to a waiver of this 30 day requirement by
responding back to this email to let us know that you are waiving your right to the 30 day notice. Attached is the public
hearing notification that we should have sent to you by January 7, 2017. It is important that we receive a response from
you prior to the hearing on February 7 and so we would ask that you respond by Friday, February 3, 2017.
