The meeting was held at Weld Central High School, with Mr. Philip G. Bowles
in charge of arrangements. There were 23 people in the audience.

Questions and comments from the audience:

Will county expenditures be published?
Howard Reed -- Roggen ---
What will proposed government cost?
What will this do for the South East part of Weld County?
Can we expect any better representation than we already have?
Are the two extra commissioners worth the extra money?
Is it within the power of the Commissioners to administer the funds as they are
doing now?
Can a Commissioner change where the funds go?

Why not elect all Commissioners from districts?

You are asking us to change a government that is 100 years old, with very limited
guidelines in the Charter.

The at-large will be elected by everybody and the most populated

areas will elect the man they want. Seems that we are not really accomplishing
very much with 5 Commissioners.
