RE: SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT FOR MALT, VINOUS AND SPIRITUOUS
LIQUOR LICENSE NUMBER 76-12 TO THE WATTENBERG IMPROVE-
MENT ASSOCIATION, INC. DURATION OF PERMIT FROM DEC-
EMBER 31, 1976 8 : 30 P.M. TO JANUARY 1, 1977 2 :00 A.M.
WHEREAS, the Wattenberg Improvement Association, Inc. of
Wattenberg, Colorado, has presented to the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, an application for a Special
Events County Retail License for sale of malt, vinous and spirit-
uous liquor, and
WHEREAS, the applicant, having tendered to the County Trea-
surer of Weld County, Colorado the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars
($25. 00) pursuant to the laws providing therefore in payment for
a retail license for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous
liquors only, outside the corporate limits of any town or city in
the County of Weld, at the location described as follows :
Highway 6 on Grace Street, Wattenberg, Colorado
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, having examined the said
application and the other qualifications of the applicant, does
hereby grant license number 76-12 to said applicant to sell malt,
vinous and spirituous liquors only at said place, and does hereby
authorize and direct the issuance of said license by the Chair-
man of the Board, attested to by the County Clerk and Recorder
of Weld County, Colorado, good for only December 31, 1976 8 : 30 PM
to January 1, 1977 at 2 : 00 AM, unless sooner revoked, according
to law provided, however, that said license shall be issued upon
the express condition and agreement that the place where said
license is authorized to sell malt, vinous and spirituous liquors
under said license will be conducted in strict conformity to all
laws of the State of Colorado and regulations relating thereto
heretofore passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, and any violation or violations thereof will
cause for revocation of the license.

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
