Luther, Greeley, Colo. , Dear Sir: - In reply to your request for copy of agreement existing between Weld and Larimer Countie "Care of County "line road We submit the following, as the records show it. *nnAt a regular meeting of the County Commissioners of Larimer County, held on Kay lst, 1899 , the following report was presented, as follows: C. Farrar Road Overseer Dist.Ho .la, appeared before the Board and presented his report as to agreement with Commissioners of Wield County, in working of County road , on County line between Larimer and _ Weld Counties, which was as follows: According to your directions, I met the Road Overseer andCounty �. Commissioner of Weld County to establish County line road, between imCounties,Weld and Larimer The. agreement is that Weld county shall work the road , South of 30 rods of S.E, corner of Section 24 - 7- 68, and, larimer County to work all roads North of that. Weld County to drain lake that crosses said road, and to keep same drained, and Larimer County to fill in said road , and keep same up to North County line. I remain Yours respectfully ( signed) C.
