The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. Solutionz Conferencing,
Inc from Los Angeles, CA proposed the lowest cost solution of $11,720.04 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1700088 Polycom video
arraignment maintenance to Solutionz Conferencing, Inc. for a total amount of $11,720.04.
