Home My WebLink About20173878.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL/TRAUMA SERVICES COUNCIL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Bylaws of the Weld County Emergency Medical/Trauma Services Council, the Board is to be presented with a new membership list yearly, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a new membership list, marked Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint those listed as members and alternates on Exhibit A, commencing January 1, 2017, with terms to expire December 31, 2017. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, appoint those listed on Exhibit A as members and alternates of the Weld County Emergency Medical/Trauma Services Council, commencing January 1, 2017, with terms to expire December 31, 2017. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of November, A.D., 2017, nunc pro tunc January 1, 2017.
