Bids were received and opened on April 27, 2017 for bid B1700092 EMC Maintenance. Five (5)
bids were received ranging from $150,062.84 to $170,034.00. Attached is the bid tabulation for
your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. SHI International from
Somerset, NJ proposed the lowest cost solution of $150,062.84 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1700092 EMC Maintenance to
SHI International for a total amount of $150,062.84.
