After much review, I have verified that the 1983 change of zone to 1-2 was for lots located south of 8th Street. All of the
zoning on our GIS map checks out as well, and there is no overlap. The reason this is so complicated is because back in
the 1960's they drew new parcel boundaries over the old ones created by the Union Colony map. So they referenced the
old parcels (e.g. "lot 2" and "lot 3"), but those lots are long gone and irrelevant to the change of zones occurring in the
1980's and 1990's. This new change of zone covers the same boundaries as that found in reso 920530. Also, I agree that
it was a scrivener's error when it referenced Range 63, instead of 65, and we should just make sure it's correct with this
new COZ application.

Forgot to send this to you on Friday. This was brought up by Esther and Tisa. The applicant is proposing to rezone the Z-
472 site. The Z-472 plat had a discrepancy as the Range was different R63W vs. R65W. Tisa and Esther just wanted to
make sure that there were no overlaps between the boundaries of the 1981 and 1983 COZ and Z-472.

The NE 1/4 of the SW % of Section 4 (T5, R65) was divided into four lots in the Union Colony plat
(Reception #39743, dated 04/17/1891). Each lot was probably about 10 acres. Back in the 1960's they
drew new parcel boundaries over the old ones created by the Union Colony map. So they referenced the
old parcels (e.g. "lot 2" and "lot 3"), but those original Union Colony lots were long gone and irrelevant
to the change of zones occurring in the 1980's and 1990's.
