RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR A HOTEL AND RESTUARANT LIQUOR LICENSE WITH ONE (1) OPTIONAL PREMISES (COUNTY) FROM RNR, LLC, DBA MCCARTY'S AT EATON COUNTRY CLUB AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - EXPIRES NOVEMBER 21, 2018 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, RNR, LLC, dba McCarty's at Eaton Country Club, presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for the renewal of a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License with one (1) Optional Premises (County), for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Exhibit 5-H of the Weld County Code, said applicant has paid the sum of $175.00 to the County of Weld for the renewal of the existing license, and WHEREAS, said applicant has exhibited a State Liquor License for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, outside the corporate limits of any town or city in the County of Weld at the location described as follows: 37661 County Road 39 Eaton, Colorado 80615 WHEREAS, the Licensee shall host "responsible vendor" training every six (6) months as agreeable to the Colorado Department of Revenue Liquor Enforcement Division, and this training shall be open to other area licensees. Each employee shall be "responsible vendor" trained, and the Licensee shall provide documentary evidence that each employee has been "responsible vendor" trained to the Weld County Sheriff's Office within thirty (30) days of the first available "responsible vendor" class after hiring. Evidence of such shall be included in the referral report submitted by the Sheriff's Office at the time of annual renewal. CG: SO C RS), G GLC mkt), -PPL l9/11/t7 2017-3632 LC0037 RENEW LIQUOR LICENSE - RNR, LLC, DBA MCCARTY'S AT EATON COUNTRY CLUB PAGE 2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, having examined said application and the other qualifications of the applicant, does hereby grant License Number 2017-22 to said applicant to sell malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, and the Board does hereby authorize and direct the issuance of said license by the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners, attested to by the Clerk to the Board of Weld County, Colorado, which license shall be in effect until November 21, 2018, providing that said place where the licensee is authorized to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, shall be conducted in strict conformity to all of the laws of the State of Colorado and the rules and regulations relating thereto, heretofore passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and any violations thereof shall be cause for revocation of the license. This was also cited at the last regular inspection. * 03e) Found potentially hazardous condiments in the cooler behind the steam wells in the kitchen holding between 42-51 degrees F. Potentially hazardous foods shall be kept cold at 41 F or below. Cooler had been stocked the day before, corrected by discarding products off temperature, see voluntary condemnation. Found various items on the salad bar (hard boiled eggs, cooked chicken, cooked bean mixture, cottage cheese, etc.) holding between 42-51 degrees F. Time that the food was off temperature was within acceptable limits. Employee stated unit may have been turned on later than usual. Corrected by implementing time as a public health control for the day, all products to be discarded at 2:00pm. This was also cited at the last regular inspection. * 06c) Found hand sink behind bar with no soap or paper towels. Hand sinks shall be provided with an adequate supply of soap and paper towels at all times. Corrected by supplying soap and paper towels. * 08a) Found sterno fuel stored above the small reach -in cooler next to the food prep sink. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they do not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens or single -service articles. Corrected by moving. 13a) Found pitcher used for scooping ice in the bar with the handle in the ice. Ice dispensing utensils shall be stored on a clean surface or in the ice with the dispensing utensil's handle extended out of the ice. Corrected. 14c) Found cove base missing around floors where cook line meets the prep area, with a gap between the walls and the floors. All floors installed in food preparation, food storage and warewashing areas, and in walk-in refrigerators, dressing or locker rooms, utility sink areas, and toilet rooms, shall provide a coved juncture between the floor and wall.
