RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Board of Adjustment will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
William Hedberg and Jonathan Key, both with terms to expire July 31, 2020, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint William Hedberg and Jonathan
Key to said board, both with terms to expire July 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that William Hedberg and Jonathan Key be, and hereby are, reappointed to
the Board of Adjustment, with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of July, A.D., 2017.
