RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING GRANT CHANGE OF ZONE, COZ16-0005, FROM
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE C-3 (BUSINESS COMMERCIAL) ZONE
DISTRICT - 4 S'S HOLDINGS, LLC, C/O TRENT TIMM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 8th day of
March, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of 4 S's Holdings, LLC, 59970 CR 67, Grover, CO 80729, c/o Trent Timm,
59970 CR 67, Grover, CO 80729, requesting a Change of Zone from the A (Agricultural) Zone
District to the C-3 (Business Commercial) Zone District for a parcel of land located on the following
described real estate, to -wit:
Lot 1 to Lot 5, Block 13 1st Addition ZITA; being part
of Section 6, Township 6 North, Range 64 West of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, deemed it appropriate to
continue the matter to March 15, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., to allow the applicant adequate time to
complete the official boundary survey for their Change of Zone per Section 23-2-50 of the Weld
County Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to March 15,
2017, at 10:00 a.m.
