Rempel Deputy Clerk to the Board Weld County 1150 O Street Greeley, CO 80631 tel: 970-400-4225 1 Memorandum TO: Chloe Rempel FROM: Debra Adamson, Consumer Protection Manager DATE: February 9, 2017 SUBJECT: Martin Gutierrez Temporary Assembly Request In response to your request, Environmental Health Services has reviewed the Temporary Assembly Application, for Martin and Bertha Gutierrez, in regard to an event scheduled for April 8 and 9, 2017, to be held at 7717 WCR 31, in Fort Lupton, Colorado. After reviewing the application, the following is the recommendation made by this Department: 1) Temporary hand washing stations should be located outside the portable toilets. We recommend that there be one hand washing station for every two portable toilets (provided the toilets are in close proximity to one another). If the portable toilets are spread throughout the facility we recommend one hand washing facility per toilet. Based on number of toilets being provided (14) we recommend having 7 hand washing stations. The 5 dual sinks being provided may meet this requirement provided that portable toilets are located within close proximity to one another. In addition, the Department reviewed our complaint database and did not find any complaints filed for that address or for the applicant. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at extension 2243 or via e- mail at dadamsonnco.weld.co.us.
