RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on Aging Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Ken Norem, Roberta Speyer, Mary Jones, and James Riesberg to said Area Agency on Aging
Board, with terms to expire January 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ken Norem, Roberta Speyer, Mary Jones, and James Riesberg be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Area Agency on Aging Board, with terms to expire January 31,
2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of January, A.D., 2017.
